Effect Description:

Effect Description:
- This wonder has a number of district slots equal to the era.
- This nation, and nations with permission can choose to build districts in this wonder. These districts must be one they already have built.
- The owner of the wonder may revoke access to the wonder's district slots from other nations without their consent at the cost of 25 infamy.
- The upkeep for these districts is doubled, and paid for by the nation who benefits from them.
- A nation other than the owner of the wonder may only have one district in this wonder at a time.
